Delish saturday breaky!

I ate this so fast i didnt take a pic!

On half a bagel place thin slices of brie cheese. Put on parchment lined baking sheet. Next drizzle with liquid honey. Top with sliced almonds. Broil in oven just until cheese melts. Top with more honey. Devour!! Trust me… SO GOOD!

Have you made the delicious strawberry pastry cream from http:///blig.homerunballerina.com yet? Wondering what to do with your leftovers? Make yummy crepes for your boyfriend!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together put in kitchenaid mixer or blender. Add liquid ingredients and blend. Place a drzzle of oil or little bit of soft margarine in a small pan on medium heat. Pour about a 1/4 cups worth of batter into the pan and cook for about two mins. The batter will start to peel away from the pan at the edges. Then flip em over for about thirty seconds. Stack on a plate until all the batter has been made.

Toss on your pastry cream, roll and top with whipped cream.

We also like stacking them and pouring maple syrup and eating them pancake style.

My favorite is putting brown sugar in the center, and rolling into a cigar and eating it with my hands!
