Best batch of macarons yet!  These are caramel with salted dark chocolate ganache.  Have you ever made ganache before? It is just equal parts cream and chocolate (like oz to oz). Heat that cream and just as it boils pour over you chocolate and mix til smooth. When its cooled, stir in fleur de sel (salt) until its salty to you liking.  The macaron recipe comes from america’s test kitchen best recipes of 2008. So i don’t think i can post it… There are lots of great recipes out there though!
