I recently chopped most of my hair off and have rediscovered the true magic of aveda air control hairspray. Such workability with that hold!!! Love it! It is all i use after i blow dry my peter pan chop. Unfortunately i am almost out. I have tried loreal elnett on my short hair, but it just isn’t as lovely.
Its been one week since i had shellac done on my nails and look! Big ol chip!!
This was supposed to last two werks chip free. Pfff. I no longer think its worth the $50 bucks. I’d rather use regular polish and then be able to change them when they chip.
However, i think it still could be worth it in pedicure form, as i am so lazy with my toes, they basically grow out amyways.
Product review: volume spray!
I like big hair because i have skinny strands and i go through soo many volumizing products trying to look like dolly/jackie o/zooey deschanel. Because of my skinny strands i usually end up with kate bosworth.
But this product made in fact a noticable difference! I sprayed into just damp hair and blew out with a round brush. Very light and swingy. Hair is still silky. Because there’s not a lot of texture, if you were planning on putting your hair up after, you might want to just use a beach/texture spray instead.

I purchased this cuticle oil from a local spa and have been loving it! The lady suggested putting one drop on my index finger and ring finger, then sharing the love to the rest of the fingers on that hand as you massage it in. I do this and find it is the perfect amount. It will help you shellace last longer and improve your nail bed. It was about 13 bucks and should last 4 months.
I can’t stop telling my friends about the nike + gps app for my iphone! It is so fantastic for beginner and avid runners alike, it tracks your pace, route, gives verbal feedback as you listen to your ipod, helps you challenge yourself and keeps a logged history of your runs. It gotten me back in the habit of thirty minute jogs (winter makes me cardiophobic) faster than i could’ve on my own. Big thumbs up.
I have found a new favorite concealer! I actually rarely use concealer. Only for special occasions, or evening i want to look especially flawless (in a dream world). That being said, i have really enjoyed the quality of coverage from this vichy stick. I use it for the area around my nose, which is full of broken blood vesseld and it is pretty goid at Minimizing the redness. AND unlike makeup forever’s hd concealer, it doesn’t settle into my pores. The trick is to use it with the proper brush- flat stiff bristles- so you can pat it on. Try bobbi brown concealer brush.

Mascara review series #2
Rimmel glam eyes lash flirt volume and lift mascara.
My word i can’t tell you how awful this mascara is. Formula is too thin, brush is very useless. While it is a small brush that lets me get to the lash base, the formula is too this too actually boost my lashes. I curled my lashes then applied the mascara and all of my curl fell. Only nice if you like a very natural looking lash but would like yours to be darker. Not glam at all. Purchased from a Shoppers Drug Mart. Will not buy again.

I don’t know if you all have tried the famed loreal elnet hairspray, but I picked a can up from walmart a month ago and have been loving it!
Brushes out, not sticky, and almost dry feeling, this strong hold hairspray doesn’t weigh my fine hair down.
Exceptionally good for backcombing.
Only negative is that it smells potent and a bit like a grandma, but I think it is worth it.
